How can lac combine with textiles and what are the properties
Lac can be used as a hardening material for textiles.
First you would need to dissolve the lac in alcohol (about 70%) to get ‘liquid Lac’ .
You can brash this liquid on the textile and start shaping it.
Once the form is shaped, use a heat-gun to melt the lac into the fibres.
